Rail Baltica Panevėžys railway unit and regional stations infrastructure planning

Two strategically important agreements have been signed with AB LTG Infra, to which Kelprojektas colleagues from the Roads, Railways, Environment, Architecture, Bridges and Geology departments will contribute.
Under the first agreement, an assessment and environmental impact assessment (EIA) of the communication infrastructure development infrastructure (EIA) of the Rail Baltica railway infrastructure at the Panevėžys railway junction will be prepared. The term of services is 24 months, the price is almost 950 thousand. EUR excluding VAT.
Pursuant to the second agreement, Kelprojektas will have to prepare a plan for the development of the engineering infrastructure and communications infrastructure of the project “Rail Baltica” railway line Kaunas – Lithuanian-Latvian border within two years. Price – almost 740 thousand. EUR excluding VAT.
Implementing the contractual obligations, Kelprojektas will assess the current situation, formulate general and concrete solutions for the development of Rail Baltica development alternatives, determine the acquisition of a specific volume of land for public needs, as well as assess the impact of the planned infrastructure on the environment.
